EMVTrader Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds if your advertised item does not sell within your purchased advertising period on the EMVTrader.

We do not offer refunds if your advertised item sells before your advertisement period expires on the EMVTrader. Please mark your advertised item as sold.

We do not offer refunds if your advertised item sells by another means other than the EMVTrader. Please mark your advertised item as sold.

A refund will be considered, but not guaranteed should the EMVTrader experience technical difficulties. Refunds due to situations not within our control will be refunded on a prorated basis.

EMVTrader Refund Policy – Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within five (5) business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit account again.

Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using our Contact Us form.

Discounted Advertising

Only regular priced advertising may be refunded. Discounted advertising items cannot be refunded.
